Hands down the best Best Buy in the Tri-State area! Employees were so helpful and never pressured me into buying anything I didn't want to or need.

Friendly service ; however they have a thin selection of products. Online stores have done them in.

Place to buy things - if you are hoping to get some help from the associates then try your luck on weekdays at odd hours. Don't go with the hope of browsing through items with some in-store insights.

I like this best buy. Real chill sales people.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Good store but this location is more like a Best Buy lite. Product on hand is limited to the most popular or best selling items. If you're coming out of your way for a hard to find item don't bother.

A million times better than Secaucus or 23rd and 6th.

Josh at best buy is condescending and doesn't understand how to talk to customers without sounding condescending. Avoid Josh in the yellow rain jacket .

Horrible at Picking up at store option! I ordered the night before n the next day I show up at 1:30 and i still have not received the it's ready email!!! Smfh

Don't buy from them - they will not return a expensive defective product and you have problems - a Sales Manager in Maryland Shop (Matt D.) refused to return a defective $599 product #WorstBuy

Hands down the best Best Buy in the Tri-State area is the Secaucus location. The employees here are so dull and boring. If your looking for a fun and exciting experience, go to Secaucus !!!

worst buy. make sure the sales guy brings out EXACTLY what you asked for. if the packaging is dented or ruined in some way, ask for another one. remember, you're the customer.
