Bike trails are nice although kind of confusing if you've never been on them. I'm more of a kayaker . Love being able to go right down the road from my house.
Love both of the beaches ! Get there early, the lots fill up quick. Clean and well maintained.
For the mountain bikers ... ride the blue loop first, at about 8 miles in, watch for signs to merge onto the yellow loop... saves you from having to go back to the trail head... totals 14 miles +

the beginning of the yellow trail is confusing, so just follow the direction of the signs
