William Shakespeare grew up here and spent the first five years of his married life in this house. Today visitors are entertained by live theatre in the garden and house and expert guides in Tudor dress reveal the story behind the house. A permanent exhibition reveals Shakespeare-related treasures.

Very well done. The museum doesn't rush you through, and they have workers dressed in traditional garb that explain, in depth, various aspects of life in the time of Shakespeare. A definite must see!
A nice walk through with people dressed in costume that explain medieval daily life. Don't just look at Shakespeare's things. Ask questions :)
