This place is the best. As soon as we walked in the host was super funny and friendly and made for the best greeting to any restaurant . Staff is great!

The pancakes here are awesome. There is barely a wait, and my server Shanika was wonderful! The manager was very nice as well .

If you have a coupon they let you use the value towards anything. Hands down the best IHOP. Food rocks and even late it's good.

Don't bring outside beverages. I was the first customer of the day and the manager made me finish my Dunkin Donuts coffee outside!
