Soooo.....you want to see what a real wine bar is all about? This pic is the "available by the glass" selection at Ten Bells. See you next week when I wake from the coma. Great peeps too.

Dollar Oyster happy hour is legit, but try the charcuterie plate with hand picked cheeses and meats. On the pricier side ($24 for 6 items) but pairs well with wine and oysters .

Oysters were only shucked to order and fresh even if not served on ice, $2.50 each. Pulpo a la fiera (grilled octopus with crispy potatoes ) and salmon tartare were great! Meet the Winemaker nights!

Cute , cozy , romantic , and a lot of other great adjectives apply, but wine and oysters are the important nouns here.

This place is amazing! They have a large selection of natural wines and the food is ????????. My favorites are the meatballs , the shrimp nachos , the brisket , and the mushrooms , but you can’t go wrong!

I adore this cozy little wine bar . It’s a lot bigger than it seems; there’s a room in the back if there’s no room in the front. Take your time with the wine list , there are a ton of good values .

warm, coquettish, tucked away on a street in LES. lose yourself for hours in the prism candlelight with good company and a glass of malbec . trust the staff for selections and go oh so very often ????

All of your wine bar needs. There's also a sizable back room if you have a big group or say doing a celebration of some sorts.

My second favorite wine bar in the city . The bartenders are super nice and will let you try just about anything. Cozy , romantic atmosphere great for dates or late night !

Great value . Loved the octopus (was a lot of food for the price!). $1 oyster happy hour as well as $15 carraffes of wine . What more could you ask for?

A cool spot. Dark and moody with small tapas that are great to share. The octopus and watermelon salad were standouts.

OYSTERS: $1 M-F 5-7; S&S 3-7P. It’s got a ton of character, is filled with regulars, and has way better food than a poppin’ wine bar in this part of town really needs to have.

Great local spot . It's a must if you can find an open seat . Delicious little tapas and an extensive and impressive wine list . Doesn't hurt that it always smells like garlic and butter, either!

1$ Oysters and 15$ carafes of wine until 7 pm. Very cozy and romantic . The Massachusetts oysters and the Chardonnay are perfect!

Cozy bar with dark wood, candles, and a good selection of wines . Great for dates!

Dark and loud place with a huge wine selection (even by glass). Friendly prices. Would be perfect for a friends gathering.

Good alfresco joint sans the heavy background music sound. Table at the rear. Baby eel 's an exotic treat!

We love to come to this cozy wine bar for happy hour , especially for the $1.25 oysters (through 7pm).

Almost overwhelming wine list . When in doubt, the house carafe is great. Papas bravas for vegetarians .
