Delicious Soft Food: Yam Cake +Chee Cheong Fun with fragrant sesame sauce & generous portion of chilli & sweet sauce @$2. This version is softer & more appetizing than usual ones found at coffee shops
Spot selling a variety of breakfast fare . Porridge , yusheng (sliced raw fish ), yam cake , chee cheong fun , soon kueh, glutinous rice , fried bee hoon , rice dumplings (zhang). Opens early 5am!
Love the chee cheong fun here among all the offerings - right softness, umami taste with the fish sauce , sweet sauce + sesame seeds as toppings.
Fried bee hoon . Old-school taste & aroma; got bite. Depending on what sides you pick, cost adds up. This plate with fried egg & tofu $3.30
Love the plain cheong fun and yusheng (marinated raw fish ) here. Treat it like a snack or proper meal, both great!
Yam cake ($3.50). Looks untidy, but I was able to bite into some yam bits
Century egg porridge with minced pork ($3.50). Yummy!

Good food for a nice bite to fill the empty spaces between meals.

The fried chicken wings is a must try. It was juicy, tasty and crispy. Helps that it’s always fresh out of wok because of it’s popularity. - L
Go for the Teochew porridge with mixed platter of braised items (duck, pork belly, pig skin, tofupok, white tofu, and egg). The fried pork is also yummy with a good crunch outside, but moist inside. - William Ng
