Excelent hotel , more than a 4 stars... Yes, the tram make some nouse and curtains are not blackout, otherwise, spacious rooms and perfect bathroom ! Friendly staff is a plus!! And sure, breakfast ohh

I totally love UNA HOTELS. I’ve stayed with them both in Napoli and here in Rome. Great rooms and quiet . Good breakfast which is unusual in Italy.

The barista here at UNA Roma is so kind! He noticed my huge appetite and offered me an entire bowl of mini crackers ! ????

Good value for price, location, breakfast and wifi are good. Rooms could be better as well as amenities in the room. A bit noisy at night due to positioning

They serve a very good aperitif buffet at their lobby-level bar every day from 6:30 to 8:30pm.

The location is great as just close by main train station in Roma and the room is very cozy

The room is good. Nicely renovated and spacious . Hotel 's wifi hotspot cannot be detected inside the room. Only 2 devices are allowed. No umbrella for loan to guest.

Do not stay at this hotel if on a diet! 20+ cakes and pastries on their breakfast buffet ! Foodgasm alla romana .

Very nice hotel . No complains. Our room was on the backside of the hotel on the 4th floor. No noise from traffic or trams

If you need help getting help with your luggage when you leave forget about it and just lug your bags down yourself because they won't come.

Paid WiFi prices are a joke. Staff were terse. The room was good; bathroom great. Maid service ignores DND if you're out of your room. Lock up your stuff when you go out. Breakfast was adequate.

WiFiは無制限と謳いながら制限あり、傘のレンタルはなし、チェックアウト後に空港 行くのにタクシー 依頼しても駅まで出ろと言われる。ここのホテル の利点は駅に近いことと部屋にスリッパがあることだけ。もう二度と宿泊することはないでしょう。
