Not too busy store, I managed to get an appointment for a repair within two hours, and the staff were very helpful.

This Apple Store is the largest in the United States . It is the second biggest in the world next to the London’s Regent Street store.

Best to come early even if you have an appointment... Besides, where else would you want to hang out on a rainy day in May?

Very busy Apple Store. The wait time to see a representative is always long.

The staircase in the middle is trippy - literally. I almost tripped a couple of times while walking up and down.

Very disappointing at Apple and this store. It seems when they get busy, they don't care anymore!! Went to the store to replace my watch band! Something very easy and straight forward. But I guess not

Guess it's good customer service but it's annoying when I'm standing there for five minutes and three people ask me if I have questions about an iPad. Other than that, fancy place .

Buy a real electronic from a better company! Get it cheaper! Apple outsources it's labor. Their workers work until they die. Apple charges you hundreds of dollars more for old technology.
