Nicest staff I've ever encountered. Way better than using the Genius Bar !
They can FrankenMac similar model MacBooks so if you got a working retina on one & a working hard drive in another they are very reasonably priced
It's great that there is ample street parking ! Very cool how the Computer Loft is super discreet and is located on a small alley street. Upon entering, it was a very organized workshop/storefront.
Great service and a reputable business.
Shitty customer service. Went in for a repair and the sale guy (50s, 60s old white guy) kept trying to upsell me $150 I already owned. Then he asked me to leave when I refused.
