Best Buy

This Best Buy is no different than any other near the city . Much of the "terrible service" comments are bias b/c it in Dorchester. It's the same in Dedham, except the staff there is mostly white.

They suck, its a bunch of kids, they should hire adults and stop with the hiring of just family, friends, children and fresh out of high school hires because they have no idea what they are doing!

They have a great deal right now for their Samsung phones. Get a two year contract, and a 32" t.v. free!

Large store with the full selection of best buy electronics .

Just because the computer says an item is in stock doesn't actually mean the item is in stock, apparently.

Picking up an online order? Be prepared to wait... Only one counter and they have no idea what's going on.
