Wonderful hotel . Ask for room with a view of Petronas. Dine in the restaurant at 5* floor, drink a cocktail in the skybar at 33* floor and take a swim in the pool overlooking Petronas! Beautiful!

Great hotel to stay in, traders club is amazing , the view from our room was amazing, prices were reasonable, noisy sometimes in the top floors beacause of sky bar music , overall 8.5 / 10

I stay for 6 night ,, the services not too good ,, in breakfast hall not that much cleaning ,, and I took suit twin tower view for that any one take this view they have special lounge on twin tower vie

Club rooms interesting for the club lounge : free tea time drinks and snacks , half hour later followed by free cocktails and snacks . Rooms are very spacious , modern and nice.

Great location in the city with amazing stay just by few steps in special park in front the hotel u can be in petronas tower or in suria mall the biggest mall or you can enjoy the garden and waterpark

The offer to pay a little more for exec lounge access with its lunch , breakfast and cocktails sounds fantastic. Save your funds it's very oversubscribed with large queues for food and drink.

Amazing view of the twin tower at executive rooms. But the staff are overly pushy to sell upgrades and packages for a five star hotel . ????

This is an amazing hotel . The only drawbacks are that the pool closes early at night (7pm) and that the Sky Bar doesn't have enough seats.

Slightly overrated. Club Room (access to lounge ) costs 700-800, however the design and comfort is not up to that standard. However, the scenic view (KLCC) was perfect.

This hotel is located at very strategic location. You can see klcc twin tower and the green complex from 33th floor. Sky bar n pool. I recommend this hotel . :-)

Club floor is pretty quiet and you hardly hear a thing!!! Take a time and take a nice bath...you'll be relax thru the whole day!!! :)

Good hotel . Breakfast served could be improved. The buggy service provided is really convenient to those who are unable to walk (pregnant lady, etc.) to KLCC.

The room rates basically almost the same with The Grand Hyatt. So if u willing to spend a little bit more, I would suggest that you go for Grand Hyatt. The room are not bad, nice and clean . Still, ok.

Enter KL Convention Centre carpark to access the hotel carpark. Check in at Level 5 of the hotel . Hope someone reads this tip before arriving.

Very nice location and view . I enjoyed very much^

Room is small but very cozy and practically furnished. No mineral water provided on complimentary though other Evian water was always an option. Love the toiletries given anyway.

Clean modern hotel - close to the pavilion mall and the towers! Book it!

Best non-resort hotel so far. Extremely strategic location.

Use the small outdoor trolley to get back and forth to Petronas/Suria KLCC mall

Old-fashioned decor, and looks not as good as official photos. The reception area needs serious renovation. Comfortable room otherwise.

Shuttle that takes you directly to Petronas Towers . Incredibly comfortable . Slow internet. Great food. Walking distance to shopping.

The rooms are better and newer than the Mandarin, but the service still have to improve! Sky bar is a nice place, but too noisy ! Oldies music channel can be played at the bathroom ! :)

Ask for KLCC view ...you can see the beautiful water fountain at KLCC.
