Crowne Plaza Toronto Airport

Critics of this place are just dead wrong. The service is terrific and the rooms are spacious and clean . It's the best bargain by the airport .

Great staff and nice rooms. I'd stay here again! The one thing if change would be to have the shuttle drive you somewhere other then the airport .

Get the suite, very comfortable . Room service stops operating mid day, but you can order from bar .

came here cuz Hotwire recommended it as 4-star hotel .. Yeh right! Must've been 4-stars in the 1960s.. Needs major renovation from the rooms to the hallways..

At the bar they have a "snack menu ." So if you're not that hungry, ask them for it. :) Lots of other restaurants near by too and in other hotels . Nothing else really around to go to tho.

Really slow dinner service after 10pm. But after the wait the stuffed chicken breast was good and the bartender was very nice.

Stay away from the 8th floor. In fact, stay away from the entire hotel . Rooms smell like smoke and major body odor.

Meu vôo de Toronto para São Paulo foi cancelado e a cia aérea nos alocou neste hotel . Transfer ok. Recepção +-. Quarto ok, mas o 12o andar não tem elevador; tem que ir pro 11 e subir escada.
