Salmon Oshi Sushi and Ebi Oshi Sushi are the best. The Minami Zen box is great value and includes two of the Salmon Oshi Sushi . You can also order half orders of the sushi and rolls.
Loved the sushi à la carte, decently priced, fresh and creative. Happy hour on Thursdays from 3-6 consists of $10 for a pint of Asahi beer & a plate of gyozas . Cool and crisp ambiance for trendy crowd
Sooo good! The sushi are amazing and I just love how tasty the kaisen soba pepperoncino tasted! They carry a more simple menu for afternoons! If you wanna have all options go for dinner !
We learned a lot about sake while enjoying the delicious tasting course. If you're looking to go for drinks afterwards this restaurant is very well located with loads of bars on the same street.
The salmon oshi and mackerel oshi are to die. The salmon oshi is buttery with a jalapeño kick. For those of you that love mackerel , the oshi has a perfect balance between smoky and salty flavors.
Not a sushi fan ?? Try this restaurant ! You will fall in love with sushi .. Staff were amazing! Beside sushi order the prawn ! It was incredibly delicious!
Amazing sushi selection! Excellent service . It's a fancy dinner restaurant , that's why it's pricier than a regular sushi place. The green tea cake was very good as well .
Doesn't matter what food you order @Minami everything tastes so delicious. We had octopus , pork trio, aburi sushi..Couldn't get enough of it.
Tried their 3 course Minami set, starts with a 7 pieces sushi selection, entree of sable fish and beef tenderloin , finished with green tea ice cream and cake . All for $60, great deal!! All yummy too.
My favourite at Minami & Miku will always be the Aburi Salmon Oshi Sushi , hands down. The Saba one is also quite tasty also. For dessert - Green Tea Opera!
Supposedly a high end Japanese restaurant , great service, prices are not cheap , portions r small and they taste decent. Not the best value if you ask me, but it's decent and has great decor/atmosphere
In my opinion, it’s only a matter of time before this restaurant earns a Michelin Star . Definitely worth a trip for any of their specialty rolls .
Don't over think it. Salmon Oshi Sushi and Ebi Oshi Sushi . In fact getting the minami zen is great value and includes the Salmon Oshi.
Solid lunch and dinner menu , a great follow-up effort to parent restaurant Miku. Any of the aburi sushis are a must to go with your meal!
Aburi anything is amazing, the saba was my fav. For dessert : green tea opera, so good!
If your not sure what to order: try the Aburi select. You get a variety of their popular signature Aburi Dish! (it's the one on the right side on photo)
More farm to table concept than Miku. You'll find more chicken and beef here than seafood but still as good!
most amazing sushis and nigiri I've ever had! go for the "salmon oshi" (or something like that)
The squishy salmon sushi never disappoints. Other dishes are pretty solid too but the salmon sushi is a must.

It's an outstanding experience, the staff are cordial and friendly , I totally recommend it!
Try the aburi salmon roll it's extraordinary and try the cocktails with Japanese alcohol it's the perfect combination !
Chirashi tart for lunchtime is great. Sustainble seafood and very fresh fish .
The three-course meal was unique and delicious, but also pricey .
Nice place, nice staff , and nicefood! Let your waiter drive you over the menu.
Sit at the sushi bar and watch the amazing, super friendly chefs make the tasty aburi salmon oshi sushi
If you're going as a party of two or maybe even three, sit at the Sushi Bar . The Chef are quite entertaining:)
The Garden Vegetable Roll may be the best Sushi roll in all of Vancouver
Get the Salmon and pressed shrimp . Superb and Exquisite!
David Hawksworth, chef of Hawksworth Restaurant , eats here on his nights off. He loves the Aburi salmon oshi sushi . Read more
One of the best sushi in my life, also if your lucky try the breaded tempeh !
Great taste especially pasta with schrimp and lobster ????
Excellent ! Oysters were sensational but an overall great dish too !
The aburi Ebi Oshi Sushi and aburi Salmon is so yummy. Get it! It's worth it.
Red wave roll (their take on California roll ) is friggin delicious.
Can do half orders of the Aburi Sushi or rolls to get more variety.
Their Salmon Oshi Sushi is amazing. A must try!
Doesn't matter what you choose to eat @Minami everything tastes so good.
The spicy pork gyoza is one of the best ever gyoza I have ever tried
Incredible! Amazing place to eat and have fun!!!
Great Panna Cotta
The bar and the special plate
The lunch sushi special is great and decent value
Try the fois grois and truffle oil gyoza ...crazy!
Yummy Aburi Oshi Sushi ! ????????????
great service and great salmon oshi bites! perfect!
Aburi salmon oshi sushi . Brussels sprout chips , yesssss!
Very limited sushi and sashimi options. The best option is their signature sushi , which i found just alright and not authentic . The hot dishes we had were not good.
Salmon Oshi, calamari and sashimi platter for 2
The aburi ebi and salmon oshi. Do it
For dinner, make sure to try the mushroom stone bowl (kinoko meshi). Also, if available, the matcha brulee daily special is excellent! - Rent it Furnished Realty
