Lots of cool modern stuff going on around here but if you dig deeper you'll find more traditional fine art pieces from back in the day. Definitely worth getting lost in for at least an hour or two.
Better to arrive early. Weekends can be very busy. We waited one hour in line for a dedicated showing in a very small exhibition areal. There are 2 entrances with different exhibitions .
The Museum 's collection is not contemporary art as understood by many, but the exhibitions of late 19th and early 20th century Portuguese artists are generally very interesting.
They have a nice tiny cafeteria . nice place to read a book and have a quiet coffee Full review: http://ambrosio.co/places/cafe-museu-chiado
Small museum with limited collection. If you want to see modern art in Lisbon go to the Museu Coleção Berardo.
Very interesting museum of Portuguese contemporary art . Absolutely loved it!!!
Great collection of contemporary art
Not spectacular but good place to go if it's raining and first Sunday of the month it's free!
4,5€ to visit te museum , but i didn't find anything to justify this price
The permanent exhibition is OK, if small and underexplained.
Great place to stop in pombaline centre if you have to use the toilet
Cafetaria com brunch .
Permanent exhibition was close, quite disappointing.
Lisbon card.
Museu maravilhosi, de um lugar que gosto muito em Lisboa.
que des artistes portugais que l'on ne connait pas mais qui valent le détour
Entrada gratuita de domingo das 11h às 14h ;)
Trois salles seulement. Vraiment rien d'extraordinaire

Amazing place! A lot to choose from! Food from famous chefs at affordable prices. Try the lobster hot dog from Sea me. Not many vegetarian options - Khristina K
Lovely place for a walk and to enjoy a good meal with a view. Plenty of different restaurants and close to shops downtown. - Inês Pinto
