The Hokkien Mee looks and tastes very different compared to the preparation in Malaysia. Nevertheless, I still found the flavours to be good. Different, yet good. Highly recommended.
Got the second largest plate of Hokkien Mee . It was the drier kind so it absorbed the stock. There was a rich savoury flavour & some smoky flavour. The prawns were big & fresh & there was some lard.
Nice & yummy.. first time here n first time the chili do not matter coz it's yummy as it is already. Price is higher than most places is they use fresh tiger prawn and fresh Sotong too.
A bit pricey S$6 for small plate ... but they give you big prawns and squids ... overall delicious
Well I came here again & tried the carrot cake cos my friend wanted to try the hokkien mee . Just when u thought the hokkien mee was bad, they've managed to outdo themselves with a brand and mushy CTK
The famous geylang hokkien mee really deserves its reputation. Huge portions too.
The fried oyster omelette was decent: nothing to write home. It was not crispy & had some savoury flavour, which drags them down a bit. But really, the stall name should clue you in to the speciality.
Nice hokkien mee , but pricey . I realised experience counts and the food's better when the old guy is at the stall and not the younger successor.
One of my favourite Hokkien Mee although it’s on the expensive side
Hokkien fried noodles are probably the best in Singapore.
Hokkien Mee , Oyster Omelette ... Go slightly earlier before lunch or dinner crowd to avoid long waiting time.
The ingredients are fresh, though disappointed by the noodles which turned mushy too quickly, and the lack of lard fragrance. For $6, you have other options than this frankly average plate.
Get the Orh Lua. The batter is not your gooey run of the mill type.
On days that they're closed, their signboard light is still on. Don't be fooled if you're passing by.
Steamed chicken in a Ginger paste cover ...niiiiice!
Tapao and after 6 hours still taste the fried taste. But overall taste is not that impressive
I never thought it was possible, but this is the first hokkien mee that I actually hated
Closed on Monday.

My favourite wanton noodles. Power chilli and the noodles are so qq. Wantons are juicy too. Great meal to have any time. - Elizabeth Lee
Reasonable size and tasty for the right price. Seafood and braised pork are added surprises to the taste. - SG FoodTravel
