Cute country inn with history. You could excused for thinking of being in England . You can sit and eat out on the grass, or just drink a few. Food and beers won't rock your world, but the setting will

Brilliant Fish n' Chips . Plus Magner's Cider , one of my favourites on those rare hot days when living in London. Fantastic place to nip in for a pint and a bite on a hot or cold day in Muir Beach.

Authentic English pub with good food and a great selection of beers on tap . I enjoyed the bangers and mash !

Despite what other tips say there is no cask ale . It's all keg . Some great beer options though, both draft and bottled.

Order their Belgian ale and a ham sandwich and eat outside on the lawn after hiking one of the nearby trails :)

The beer and ambiance is good. The food is not. Pretty sure it's a frozen food microwave situation. But honestly that aside, the staff are lovely and it's a quaint lil spot.

A bit pretentious , but a pleasant enough attempt at an English country pub . The menu is small but well done. They also have Paulaner beer in stock!

Wonderful ambiance and beer . Try the mussels--you won't leave hungry or disappointed. After beer , stroll on the beach and see the redwoods . A great day away from the bay !

They have recently installed ADA compliant ramps and bathroom stalls!! :-)

Fish and chips taste as good as back home. They even have HP but stay away from the London Pride. It's nothing like it should be

Best Guinness pour I've had in a long time!

Bring a blanket and eat outside on the lawn.

They stop serving lunch at 3 and no dinner service until 5:30, so just pub fare. Pub fare menu is limited with no burger and fries , which in my mind is standard pub food . Service was okay.
