Amazing French restaurant . Cosy with only a small but great menu to choose from. You can share each dish. We tasted the St-Jacques, the salmon and the lamb . It was perfect. A bit pricey though!
Eat here if tables are full at bistrot Paul bert . Very inventive dishes here. Lamb confit starter and veal with course spaghetti (butter squash vegetable , not pasta ) are definitely unique and amazing.
ridiculously good. paired down food with perfect flavor. natural wines are top notch. a bit cramped, but it's paris, who cares?
I had turbot fish , porcelet (crispy pork ) and rabbit . All good but I prefer the rabbit wrapped in bacon and served with asparagus & apricot sauce :-)
Love! ... the staff was so kind to me (I don't speak French and somehow they anticipated that I wanted my lunch further cooked). One of the best lunches I ever had
Traditional French restaurant with authentic and innovative dishes. Menu changes frequently
French cuisine with a twist. Loved the pumpkin soup and pear & ginger dessert . Smiley, friendly service .
Le6 Paul Bert "just" got a new chef . I belive the good rating of this place is related to the former chef . I hope that the Kitchen and the staff just had a bad day.
All the desserts are good ! Light and fresh, I mean: no heavy pastry but still sweet ;-)
Fantastic meal! I wish I could go back every week!
Good menu. The grosse raviole is amazing and bar tender is very cool dude (with mustache)
I was served by three different waiters . Out of controll, clearly with to much to do. They could not recommend any wine because they did not know what the chef had intended to make. 3/4
Love love love it. Such a great finding!
Inventive cuisine, sauces full of taste and variety of vegetables .
The commodoties itself is quite good, but the composition is not good. Several of the dishes are all too greasy. It tasted burnt butter of many of the dishes. Part of the commodoties was also burned.
Well cooked : turbot fish
Only one problem : no kid menu and they do not adapt the main dish as other restaurants (like East Mamma or Table d Aligre which are in same area). So you end up paying 28 euros for your kid :-(
Very good, creative cuisine
Food was good, service was so so. A bit stressful ambience which is a shame because the food was pretty good. The price is on the high side for this neighborhood .
The bearded middle-aged man by the bar is the owner of all Paul Bert restaurants
The waiters attempted recomondation of a few wines . Not spot on We had barely finished the dessert before they brought the bill. We felt that they really just wanted to get in new guests.Disappointed
Modern, french moderate fine dining
When in doubt, have the tasting menu
I had really high expectations for this place. But I'm sorry to say it, it's highly overrated. I would go as far as to say, stay away. I tried a menu "the chef recommends." Part 1/3
Sister to Bistrot Paul Bert . Reco by David Lebovitz.

Excellent bistro gastronomique !
Must do
Poissons ultra frais. Top.
Service de bonne volonté. Cuisine mono maniaque. Aération sous dimensionnée. Nettoyage intégral recommandé
Ótima Comida!
Get the chef's menu , très delicieux
Carte courte bien sentie .Ambiance parisienne sympathique
Vraiment dommage.
Went for lunch, food and service were outstanding. Highly recommend the wine pairing as the choices were unique and complimented each dish perfectly. The sommelier was exceptional. - R-e Cohen
Just fantastic, great food pleasant waiter, arrived for second service and food was brought out in mins. Must try Paris Brest. English menu For non speakers and great ambiance in the bistrot. - Ger Muddiman
My fav meal in Paris. They don't take reservations so we had to wait about an hour but the host was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable with wine in-hand while we waited. Great atmosphere - Jeffrey Rodriguez
