Peking duck (thin pancakes , meaty duck , crispy skin , just the right amount of hoisin sauce ). Dandan noodles (spicy and wonderful). Beef with scallions and doubled cooked pork -- all amazing.

Lori Luo

Slightly pricey Chinese food in the Rockefeller area. The Sichuan dishes are the best on the menu, so be sure to try the Braised Beef with Napa, the Dan Dan noodles , and the Ma Po Tofu .

Lori Luo

Stick to the Sichuan specialities, like the Ma Po Tofu , Braised Beef with Napa, and Twice Cooked Pork Belly . Prices skew on the higher end for Chinese, so come prepared.

Felicia Z.

Best Chinese food in the city (in my opinion), but you gotta know what to order. Real Chinese is fresh ingredients and great spices. Fresh steamed fish and string beans with yibin are amazing.

Marshall St. Clair

Expensive but everything was great. Dan Dan noodles , moo shy pork , cold noodles with sesame , vermicelli noodles w pork . Shrimp Mei fun

What's Good Here

Try the appetizer portion of the Dan Dan noodles . The size is good if you want to sample it with someone.

Honghui Yu

A good option in Midtown for szechuan food though I tend to prefer Szechuan Gourmet and Lan Sheng down on 39th Street.

Meg

Very vegetarian friendly and the service was great. Do not miss this place!

stephanie sigafoos

The DanDan noodles were excellent. Try the chicken in plum sauce . Amazing. Entrees are huge - big enough to share with leftovers!

Erica Swallow

Try the Dan Dan Noodles (they have a vegetarian version) and the Sichuan pickles . The string beans are also tasty.

Jimmy Y

Get the Dan Dan noodles , the steamed pork buns and ma po tofu

hugo liu

order from the first two pages of the menu for real specialities. sichuan pickles and dan dan noodles are great.

Daniel

The braised fish filet with cucumber chef special blew us away. The ma po to fu was a little disappointing compared to GS and SG

Andreea Odangiu

Awesome food!! Spicy and flavorful! Would totally go back.

Cheryl Huang

Try their dan dan noodles . It's very spicy but delicious!

This place is one of my favorite Chinese restaurant in NYC. I have been here about 6 years now. All of my friends and co-wokers like this place.

Lindsey

You will not be disappointed with ANYTHING you order here, but their Sweet & Sour Chicken was the best I have ever tasted.

Adam Hill

Big fan of their sliced chicken in garlic sauce

Arthur R

best to order food way in advance as 30min wait is really 1.5hr +

JD Hong

Get vermicelli noodles with minced pork . You won't regret it

Marianna Fierro

Great lemon chicken and filet with pepper sauce--don't recommend the lo mein--it's dry

It has several great dishes, including the Dan Dan noodles and bamboo slices. But the service definitely needs improvement.

Rachel Sheppard

Wonton soup is delicious

Douglas Lebensfeld

Best Chinese food in NYC!

Jason B.

Been there several times and the service hugely depends on who your head waiter is. The food is only okay at best. Overpriced, specially the vegetable dishes .

Mutty

The dine-in menu differs from the take-out menu. No lunch specials . Read more

Good ambience, nice food, rude waiters

Matt28800 @

The Cold sesame noodles are the best in NYC, delicious!

Franchesca Ramsey

The service leaves much to be desired. We're in a large group of 40 with a pre-set menu and it's like pulling teeth trying to get the waiters to explain the dishes.

Sebastien Kuo

Get anything with szechuan peppercorns , e.g. mapo tofu

suneel

get the Dan Dan noodles . very yummy.

Aaron Weinberg

Food was fair , service leaves something to be desired. Rushed the entire time. Staff were rude and pushy.

Troy Williams

Food is good, but the service SUCKS!

Patrick Healy

Avoid this place. Way overpriced contrary to what Yelp says. Service was rude and awful and the waiters tacked on a little extra for tip and didn't tell us. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Tian Lan

Overpriced

Rosa Martínez

Visiten!!!! Simplemente Delicioso!!! El servicio, más que excelente!!!!!

Stephen Luo
