The beauty section is huge but usually empty, the shoe department is very open-space (overall the layout is weird). There is a topman/Topshop section, a B and a saks off 5th (all usually empty)
The bathroom on the fifth floor is downtown Ottawa's nicest bathroom !
Bathroom on third floor, men's department is hard to find but not too busy.
This is one if the sketchiest looking HBCs in Canada.
