This is a very nice Chapters, but sadly, it has barely any seating for the amount of people who go there every day. Great location though, and tons of books !
Multiple-floors store though its books sections are diminishing in favor of toys , home decorations and tech products which is a bit of a shame because it's one of the very few bookstores downtown
Very big 2 storey shop, its books sections have narrowed down throughout the years in favor of homeware (which is very pricey ). It's thematic gifts (HP, GoT) is not always available (for gifts etc)
I wish they hadn't built that Indigo Kids area . There used to be large windows with chairs at each one. The sun would come in and it was a beautiful reading spot. It's all been taken away.
I come here so often! I love the set up, the atmosphere... It's just so cozy and welcoming. The staff is always kind and friendly .
For booklovers. A small choice in the french section, but nobody is perfect. The staff is very nice.
Good stuff, a must for any passing by... every book from sci-fi to novels , and how to cook and do everything
Great place to spend a hot summer afternoon if you don't have AC at home and live downtown.
Bathrooms last time I went were locked. Apparently new system requires assistance from staff for access... WHICH IS RIDICULOUS, especially if you require access to the disabled bathroom .

The beauty section is huge but usually empty, the shoe department is very open-space (overall the layout is weird). There is a topman/Topshop section, a B and a saks off 5th (all usually empty) - Sabrina S.
