Although ticket-happy cops abound during crowd season, you should be able to rock inline skates or pedal down the boardwalk with less hassle now that the beach is closed.

Great beach !!! And all ya gotta do is take a ride (for $2.25) on the A train !! Cleannnnn bathrooms ...soft sand ...and it's free :)
