Spacious gym which is well equipped with machines and free weights . Can get busy during peak times - try and go early at the weekend for the run of the place!
Apart from the lockers outside the changing rooms, everything else is great!

It's very convenient to get to, but service is rather poor. Another advantage of the place: it's also relatively cheap , hence the unfriendly staff and inefficient management.
As with many Better gyms , this started great, going downhill. Cumbersome policies that don't allow guests. Key bits like carabiners missing. Careless customers don't put weights away. Disappointing.
Don't choose this place!!.. Poor service + they have spinning in the gym area!! But why??
