Love this hotel . 2nd time staying here and am never disappointed by the friendly and attentive staff . Fresh squeezed juice upon arrival, the breakfast , the location...all 5 stars in my book .

The location is fantastic : cross the bulevard and you're in Dubai mall . Rooms are not big and bathroom doesn't have privacy and I guess these are the only reasons why it's not a 5*hotel. Loved it!!!

Excellent location! Just 10 minutes walk to The Dubai Mall . Our room was overlooking the Burj Khalifa and the Boulevard, it was annoying on weekend nights.

If you ever feel blue in this city ... And everything is going wrong .. Then this is the place to be .. Stay here or just come for a shisha at the courtyard .. You'll feel awesome ????

They make a wonderful Arabic coffee , try it ❤️

Friendly staff & five star service but didn't like their interior design at all. Hated how the bathroom was open to the room really stupid idea. Don't think I'll stay in it again though.

Unique hotel and very good services comparing with its level and stars. They have a great place to hang out called the courtyard .

Strategically located at downtown dubai... Close to a lot of restaurants and cafes , the famous Dubai Mall , and of course the wonderful boulevard!

The location is great, small rooms average services, but clean and they have a very good shisha place at the lobby.

Loove the place very close to Dubai Mall you can go walking if the weather was tolerant, the service needs more improvement, Amazing view on ANY side! <3 the food was nice too ماأنصحه للعوايل مو عملي

Have a great location near Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. Was really clean and smells nice. People who work there so friendly .

Sat in the outdoor Courtyard - found it to be average. Came in for a la carte lunch . Service was great. Chicken caesar salad and mix grill were noteworthy.

I like the vintage architecture and the area around it full of restaurants and coffee shops I highly recommend it

Love the smell of incenses. The Lebanese appetizers in the courtyard are great. I don't do shisha but everyone else was.

The receptionist "Mohammed" is very welcoming and helpful, the location is perfect and within the hotel area there is Starbucks & 800 Pizza in few steps ????
