Great hotel . I had no issues and the room was great. I will start staying here when I come to the area on business.
Front desk staff is like Mon and Dad-do it all from check in to bartend . John handled the Super Bowl evening crowd with grace. Loved the man in pajamas making it happen in the business center
Be nice & friendly to the staff ! The woman at the front desk, Cindy made sure I got a room w/ a bigger closet since I was staying 3 nights & b/c I had to move rooms, I was given a complimentary meal.
Friendly staff who go an extra mile to support u if u b nice...all u hav to do is just ask.....feels at home now aftr staying here for 2 months :)
Good breakfast , excelent free wifi in all rooms (ask for user-pass on front desk) and a free shuttle to airport . Very good.
The shuttle can drop/pick you from anywhere in a 5 mile radius from the hotel . Not just the airport . All you have to do is ask.
Very run-of-the mill Hyatt Place. Has the look/feel of the former Amerisuites properties.
Nice rooms! Full shower no bs bathrub.
Great location! Love the free breakfast now
Don't forget to bring your own Carbon monoxide detector!
Stop by the front desk for the user ID/password to the free wifi connection before heading up to your room.
So nice to be here
Fab place - look after you very well
Please pray you never have to wake up at 1am due to the annoying fire alarm system.
They have a shuttle to the airport , but you have to schedule it.
This hotel was amazing. The managers and staff were helpful and recommended really good restaurants. The dining area is good to sit, drink with appetizers and talk to friends. Great Hotel! - Elizabeth Parker
For the price, a better breakfast would help. Nice rooms and good beds. - M Swan
Always good! Ask for mustard fried patties - secret menu item - Jacqui Hillman
