Sheraton Dallas Hotel by the Galleria

This hotel was amazing. The managers and staff were helpful and recommended really good restaurants . The dining area is good to sit, drink with appetizers and talk to friends. Great Hotel !

Really nice lobby, can't beat this place for 4000 points a night. Smile and ask for free parking , they have some lenience.

Stay at the crowne plaza that's 3 miles away at the corner of 635/75. The Sheraton is nice, but the CP rooms are nicer, better parking (free and actual places spots at night), places to eat, free wifi

This hotel has been nothing short of excellent since I came through the door. Staff is very courteous, my room was upgrade with me even asking and welcome gift . Great hotel

Club lounge & pool area is really small but it's understandable considering the size of hotel & the money you spent! To sum up, clean and decent hotel with good value .

$13 a day for WiFi , be a stealthy Ninja and log on the Lobby WiFi instead.. it is free. I am on the 5th floor and the signal is perfect!

To every SPG program member, this is an amazing catagry 2 hotel , only 3000 points to stay(till now, May 2015), which is a no-brain deal to take!

Great hotel and staff , just don't bring a lot of things that need plugged in and charged in your room! Once the bathroom outlets are full you are done!

Spotty WiFi in many spots, and water pressure can go up and down on Club Level (15fl). Club Lounge small but Christie is super friendly Club staffer and makes you forget any other shortcomings.

Be prepared for lot's of highway construction ! If you miss the entrance you'll have to drive two miles to find a turnaround to get back to the hotel .

No joke about car theft . I worked across the street, stuff got stolen all the time. Its not a rough part of town , PD said street configuration make it easy to come and go quickly.

For being a hotel , the food is fantastic. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

One floor up is the Club Lounge ...snacks , breakfast buffet and light appetizers !!!

The location is pretty good despite the construction on the road ! They did a renovation in the lobby area couple years ago, which looks great still! The room is not that updated but clean at least.

It's one of the most boring hotels you can stay at. Anything more than 2 nights you should consider moving out.

Newly renovated. Much improved pool area and a nice fresh lobby. But do expect to pay for parking !

You can access hdmi and other inputs directly on tv if you unplug cable controller from back of tv set (rj45 connector)

Of the thousands of hotels I've visited, the banquet buffet we had here for lunch the past couple of days was darn impressive. Kudos Sheraton.

Rooms need to be renewed, but it's ok. Follow the Sheraton standard. Wifi is OK, front-desk friendly , free parking . Nothing to complain.

Run down hotel , ratings do not reflect reality. Very minimal breakfast , old building , not clean and smelly, tiny swimming pool , no regular cleaning , very loud AC . Definitely not value for money .

Parking lot HOT BED of auto theft . Leave NOTHING in car. Take out rental insurance! BEWARE!
