Suuuuuuch slow service. A little less chatting with your coworkers about last night, and more making coffee ! The place is huge though, with plenty of seating and places to plug your electronics into.

Totally just revamped the whole Starbucks!! Looks amazing very open an airy probs one of my new favorite Starbucks now <3

I don't understand the hate for this particular location. It's kind of slow, but it's because this is a fairly busy location. Baristas are always nice, so no complaints there. I come here twice a day.

I went in here looking for a very berry hibiscus tea and a Los Angela's Starbucks card to reload on when home.

Like most Starbucks in L.A., this location offers an interesting mix of hotties and homeless.

Find a seat first, then order. Often by the time you order that seat you've been eyeing is going to be taken.

Like any sbux it has busy and slow times, parking and seating are limited, but it's a great crew here. Good atmosphere.

This place only serves non alcoholic drinks . The Starbucks on Capitol Hill in Seattle serves drinks with alcohol .

Opens at 5am instead of the usual 6am Starbucks opening. Parking can be a pain - 47 spots for 13 stores and a Burger King. Staff is medium speed but consistanly good work

From the slowest service in the world to the totally unsmiling team members, I don't know why this Starbucks is so broken. The location at Hollywood by the Chinese/Wax Museum kicks their ass.

The guy who wears a scarf and works weekday mornings is an a$$h***. They lost a customer.
