Very strategic place, super friendly staffs and clean room and lobby. the furniture and bathroom need a renovation but everything is acceptable for a calm and enjoyable stay.

Reasonable price and has a strategic location-good for those who wants to shop at Suria KLCC.Very close to the Petronas Twin Tower and also to the underground train station making it easily accessible

Located at the heart of kl. Nearby klcc, avenue k , robinson etc. Center of shopping area

Basement carpark gets full easily. Therefore, need to park valet for RM20. Alternatively, can park at Le Apple Hotel next door.

Good location near KLCC… very old and dated rooms. Basement parking quite packed and limited space and no lift access to basement .

Go up the long flight of stairs on the ground level and use the toilet there! Much warmer if you don't like the cold!

Good servce .. Keep smiling even it was a long Q! Good job for all FOA. This is my 1st and will ever be my fav hotel !

The buffet is great but the parking sucks! Just one basement level parking for the whole hotel !

They have Room-Transformed-to-Surau for both gender that some dont's…located @ 2nd floor, fair enough to comfortness.

The place to get Aeroline tickets , free coffee/tea with every ticket

A good place to wait for the Aeroline bus which is in the lounge . :)

There is only 1 reception staff on duty in the early morning. Long queue to check out. So make sure you wake up early.
