Top-5 attraction . It was worth the price, tour guide was knowledgeable , and great panoramic views up top for photos. Can park next to city hall (20 dollars per day) and walk there (and elsewhere).

A must visit. Best views of Portland Maine. So much history and newly restored. It was built 1806. Very missable. The volunteers have so much knowledge and you can see their love of Maine.

The architectural landmark is the last remaining maritime signal tower (it's not a lighthouse ) in the United States . It became a National Historic Landmark in 1971. Best view in Portland is at the top
