Just the best! Affordable custom duds with off-the-rack offerings as well . Shoes , hats, and scarves, too. Super close attention to detail, pop stictching, thoughtful fabrics and textiles.
Al makes amazing clothes & shoes . beware if you are planning on having anything custom made- it will take many iterations, a lot of back and forth discussions and fittings. A bit frustrating at times
Al can make a suit from eras ranging from Edwardian to modern. He also makes custom shoes .
Wow. Al makes everything in the shop from shirts and pants, to hats and shoes . Not quite my style, but the workmanship is evident.
Clothes & shoes rock...best of all they do custom work for d same price as off d rack. Like having my name in d label whenever I have something made custom.
Al just moved in this new space (a couple doors down) and it's smashing. Check out the new digs now!
Amazing custom-tailored clothes at great prices. New styles all the time.
Well made.

Definitely one of my top 5 SF boutique stores. Great denim, awesome jewelry, cute shop dog (sometimes) and the staff is awesome :) - El T
The best part of my walk to/from work is usually passing the window of this vintage boutique. Finally picked up a treasure of my own one day: a black hand-beaded wool cardigan, reasonably priced too - Rachel King
Amazing bookstore with a well-curated selection. Love the poetry section upstairs. - Sarah
Cash only, great coffee. There is wifi and you can get power sockets if you look. In the evenings, their wine spritzers are great value for money too - Colin Charles
One of my favorite views of the city. Only open till 5 PM and the parking is limited, but it's worth it. - Clay Fox
