The bao and other dim sum items are made from fresh ingredients . They don’t use minced meat hence you eat lot of meat slices. Really yummy too!
If you look closely you'd realize that the meat of this lo mai kai is not marinated heavily. Hence the great taste. Must try if you like this type of dim sum .
