Have to say I usually hated this store as it existed on 6th Ave. But this new one had a good selection of stuff and the staff were very nice and helpful. Dressing rooms were open and no lines to pay!

Love their home section. It's pretty organized compared to most other stores. The lines are dreadful even though there's open registers on each floor.

This store feels musty and everything is pretty much a mess. But, you can find some gems if you take the time to look for it.

We have everything you looking for with a great staff ready to help you. Come, shop and look around.

I liked it better as Filene's Basement . Still a good place to go for deals and a window view .

A nicer one cause it's in Manhattan.

They're more than great coats

Petites section is a mess. Limited selection of plus sizes. Unhelpful customer service. I ended up leaving my purchases at the register. What a mistake!

Decent selection, but can be hit or miss. Excellent prices though!
