The classes are awesome & Challenging but lots of fun! Aaron, Diana and Baby M are the best. Diana is so easy to relate to and gives some great advice!!! Making the class enjoyable.
Fun, unique workout (I promise it's also really challenging!) with enthusiastic instructors . No dedicated changing area, just a bathroom and places to stow your stuff.
Take the beginner class first if you're a newbie - this class is amazing, it brought me back to surfing in Hawaii!!!
Bring towel and water. Intense workout..just climbing the stairs to get to the studio! Good class to hang ten
A new way to do your workout! Super fun
Loved the new yoga class ! Takes even the most simple poses and steps it up to the next level.
Such a good workout! Different & really fun. The instructors are the best ???? ♀️ ???? ????
Avoid the class pass millennials, they will up-talk your ears to death. Push a few off the surfboard, but be sure to have someone catch them.
Amazing workout class . Very fun, but not the most intense workout.
you're gonna need that towel .
I own a place across the st, had no idea this was on my block
A great combination of sweaty and intense boxing with some cool down yoga. The owner, Liv, is super sweet and did the class with us! Wraps are $4, gloves and mats are free. No need for sneakers. - Hannah Murray
Had a one-on-one session with Emily, who is a wonderful instructor. Was incredibly helpful in showing me how to correct my form and make adjustments for certain poses - Honghui Yu
One if my favorite iced lattes around! Hold back on the sugar - the latte is milky, smooth, and has just the right flavor on its own. Highly recommend! - Djaniella D.
Much less crowded than other Whole Foods in NYC. Large upstairs area to enjoy a snack or a smoothie. Also, dessert bar by the pound ???? - Damian Bayona
Lovely for after-work quick dates. Sit in the park during warm months and enjoy the waterfall. Brick oven pizza/restaurant right down the block and Rare restaurant too. - Nina M
