The classes are awesome & Challenging but lots of fun! Aaron, Diana and Baby M are the best. Diana is so easy to relate to and gives some great advice!!! Making the class enjoyable.

Fun, unique workout (I promise it's also really challenging!) with enthusiastic instructors . No dedicated changing area, just a bathroom and places to stow your stuff.

Take the beginner class first if you're a newbie - this class is amazing, it brought me back to surfing in Hawaii!!!

Bring towel and water. Intense workout..just climbing the stairs to get to the studio! Good class to hang ten

Avoid the class pass millennials, they will up-talk your ears to death. Push a few off the surfboard, but be sure to have someone catch them.

Amazing workout class . Very fun, but not the most intense workout.
