A dumpy, hole-in-the-wall serving delicious slices of pizza (get two slices and a can of soda for $5). The Chicken Parmesan sandwich is big enough for two – order extra sauce.
Great, simple slices. Way better than Freddie & Peppers or Patsy's, so I'm dubbing La Traviata my fave UWS slice.
Best slices around. Chicken/eggplant parm sandwiches worth the (~10 min) wait if you need something heavier.

Buffalo chicken and margarita pizza are delicious
The buffalo chicken pizza is fantastic, don't forget to add a side of blue cheese for dipping . They also don't have a minimum for credit cards. Great place overall.
Go for the prosciutto , sun dried tomato , fresh mozzarella sandwich . Yummy.
