Fantastic department store - great service. Kids clothes & baby equipment is excellent. Cafe is ok, but slow. Can be very crowded , but they cater for kids very well , & the changing rooms are close by.
Everything you want is here and even things you never knew you wanted. Extended John Lewis guarantee on lots of items and a pretty good returns policy. What's not to like?
