Very good service .replacement suitcase in place!
A whole department and not a single shop assistant in sight. I had to ask a nice lady to find someone for me. I did notice however two assistants nattering away in the changing rooms. Not good. :/
Never take a seat outside the lingerie changing rooms unless you have a couple of kids with you

Fantastic department store - great service. Kids clothes & baby equipment is excellent. Cafe is ok, but slow. Can be very crowded, but they cater for kids very well, & the changing rooms are close by. - Matt Ta-Min
