I was going to buy Chanel like I always do but I ended up buying Versace. Sales lady was very helpful. Fenwick is always so professional. Thanks for a pleasant experience!
Your store is always clean and bright ! We purchased some men's eau de toilette and your sales lady recommended a totally new product.
I had trouble checking in with my Blackberry phone to get the Foursquare 'Special'. There is no phone reception on the lower floor in Fenwick.
