Being a Comcast customer is to live the tale of Sisyphus with each service call/center visit. Just move to a big building, get WebPass and watch tv on hulu or rabbit ears.
I've been here when there was no wait and when there was a long line . Both times, the staff were professional and efficient.
Came here on a Sunday and had a surprisingly good experience. No line , good service , and got what I was expecting with no hassle or delay.

They really changed the way you wait. I feel better that they check you in by what ever name you give them I gave my name as sting. Got a lt of looks and some disappointed faces. Lol.
You can pay your bill in the kiosk by credit, debit, check, or cash. There's just no change for cash payments through the kiosk.
Worse than the DMV. If that's humanly possible. Especially after 4pm. It's like that wait you have on the weekends for a trendy food spot, without the brunch at the end.

the line is always daunting but it moves fast, be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes.

Put in 2-3x more money in the meter than you planned.
Order your service online first and then pickup your equipment. The deals are better and it moves the line . Bring headphones to tune out the unwanted chatter and buckle in for a line like no other
You can always sign up for a new promotion for cheaper service with Comcast.
Terrible customer experience; expect to give your name to the greeter and sit for 30 minutes no matter how small the request

Longer lines than the post office . Every customer, is in some fashion, arguing with the service reps. Horrible experience. Avoid if possible.
