Large range of really interesting tea as well great beer and pub food . The Apple pie takes a while but is defiantly worth the wait.
Thanks for your kind words guys and girls. If there is anything you would like to see in the pub to make your experience better then please let me know. Eamonn, manager, The Daniel Defoe
Nice beer garden , not too busy on a sunny Saturday afternoon
Friendly atmosphere , and wicked-cool beer garden . My local for a reason (aside from the fact that it's at the top of my road )!
The most lovely staff and cleanest pipes in Stokey. Fantastic boozer .
Quite, lovely garden with respectful people...
Watch your bill: paid £15.60 for 3 drinks (one soft). Staff returned 1h later demanding extra £5, the numbers didn't add so asked to see bill - he then falsely added extra shots again. No apology.
Just reopened after refurb . A nice refresh without spoiling the only proper pub left on Church Street
Consider Guinness is a porter but not a stout (wtf) and charge £1 extra/pint for an Eastern European accent.
Refurb a huge success. Lovely place.
The best pub at the end of my road .
Warmest smoking garden in Stokie. Take that smoking ban!
Awful food, probably the worst poached eggs ever.
Lovely beer garden outside and some very nice bar staff .
Nice boozer
Fantastic atmosphere on a lazy Sunday. All roasts recommended, nice N16 ales, and don't leave without trying the chocolate brownie with ice cream - Alejandro Lopez
Great cosy pub with a nice garden, a fireplace and a laid-back atmosphere. You can have pizzas delivered from the sardinian pizzeria nearby! - Elena E.
Wide range of real ale, perry, stout, and Belgium beers. Also do a fair selection of wine, and excellent food. Totally different from the old jolly butchers - Martin Togher
Probably one if the best family friendly parks in London. Fantastic play area for the kids, lots of open space as well as a good cafe and toilets! - Glenn Delikan
Love the veggie restaurant...just delicious. Great prices, and the staff we lovely. PERFECT dining experience. Love it. And I'm a really whiny bast'rd about everything!! - Kaye Allen
