The all-vegetarian Keralan cuisine is a local favourite, and the restaurant is almost alway heaving. Paratha here is a king of breads , while the Cheera Curry , with house made paneer , is unmissable. Read more
This place is my heart. So cheap and delicious. Peanut butter and banana starter. Get all the house title dishes and a masala dosa . So good.
Great southern indian cousine, which is not easy to find ... Small prices, but also small/normal portions. For me it was way too spicy , but if you like it is worth givin it a chance ;)
The food is great and the staff are friendly . Most definitely recommend the dosas and the little side dishes. The closest you get to south India without leaving London. Vegetarian 's paradise!
Nice restaurant to try out new food, small prices make it easy to try lots of food mostly vegetarian , vegan and gluten free . It’s a bit loud and tables are really close from one another:
Really impressed by how much flavour is packed in to each dish. The feast menu gives you a selection of lots of things recommended by the chef and is perfect for a group.
We had every kind of dosa and it was fantastic. I become so giddy about the great Indian food that we ordered way too much but it was all rather delicious.
vegetarian restaurant really! The Nadan Paripu is amazing with lemon rice . Finish your meal with Kesari.
Tried the plantain , Bagar Baingan for the main curry with Paratha bread with Mango Lassi . All delicious food at incredibly affordable prices . Well reccommended.
Love the veggie restaurant ...just delicious. Great prices, and the staff we lovely. PERFECT dining experience. Love it. And I'm a really whiny bast'rd about everything!!
The aubergine with coconut curry is amazing and also the beet cheera ! This is the best Indian food I've ever eaten in a restaurant , and I've been all over India!
Friends were staying in Kerala and mentioned to their host they'd chosen Kerala because of an amazing restaurant in London. "Is it Rasa?" she said. Apparently she's had 100s of guests say the same.
Lovely food. Regional cuisine so not your standard set of curries . Had a lovely lamb dish and make sure you try the breads . Lovely parotta.
The best indian food out there - authentic and delicious. Paradise for vegetarians . Just avoid the masala tea , it didn't exactly blow my mind.
My favourite Kerala curry house. The Bagara Baingan is delightful, especially with Paratha . Love the Beet Cheera and pre-meal snacks too!
At first glance a bit over the top interior but the whole thing does come together. The food is fresh and full of taste, even for a meat lover!
One of the best Indian dinner experiences in London. Just amazing food. You won't even miss meat. ;)
First timers, don't eat for the day then order the feast . It gives you a selection of dishes. Huge, but well worth the £16 per head.
Really nice food, for a decent price. Keep in mind it's 100% vegetarian . The non-vegetarian branch is across the street.
We ordered the feast where they choose what to serve you, and although it was hit and miss we tried things we wouldn't have otherwise and loved some!
Fishy soupy starter is amazing. And everything here is both simple and excellent. Love it all.
Everything is with banana and mango . Too sweet for my taste. And vegetarian only, I love lamb chops .
Super Authentic and tasty as can be. South Indian cuisine at its best
Great vegetarian food - the Feast was delicious, varied and sunstantial
Had a great vegetarian meal there. Visit Rasa if you want to try extraordinary Indian dishes .
Try the Chilli Onion Rava Dosa . Crispy and tasty and makes a change from curry and rice .
Great veggie place. Not expensive , warm and... Good food!
Very good indian vegetarian restaurant . Dumplings were so good.
Lovely vegetarian food , the chutneys are awesome
Good price for good quality food. I normally go for the prawns .
The veggie feast for four was tasty, and rendered us all full to the brink of unconsciousness
Vegeterian spicy and delicious. Order the 16£ feast .
Great veggy curry ! Had the feast - was absolutely stuffed! :)
Amazing food! Lemon chutney ...where have you been all my life?!
Amazing Indian food and a lot of vegan options .
Make a reservation . They don't seem to take kindly to walk-ins
Great vegetarian food . The Sag Paneer is awesome
Prawns or the dry mutton curry with appams
Great value , delicious food
Go for the selection, lots of food will come...
Dosa and lentils are my favourite.
Nice food and value for money !

Like nothing I've ever tasted before. Fascinating; delicious.
Always wanted to come here but I was a bit disappointed. Maybe an off night but we had slow service, soggy poppadoms, roasting hot beer glasses and average food.
So much food and very cheap but I was disappointed by the flavors.
Bhel to start. Dossa or one of the two larger thali's or specials. Great value. Delicious. Cafe style room. - Bijan Young
They do a great breakfast (bacon and naan anyone?) and dinner here is fantastic. - Container Camp
Sunday roasts are great and the bloody mary is fierce and refreshing!! - Omer Cavusoglu
Since the A la Mesa take over, this has become the best Stoke Newington pub for food. The vegetarian options are by far the best in the area. Do book ahead and don’t forget to check out their brunch. - Ellika Svensson
Best Guinness outside of Ireland. They don't serve food but you can get deliveries from the local pizza place with a special Shillelagh menu - Samantha Henry
