Jr suites are roomy and decor is beautiful. Pet friendly with no fee, self parking $18 but closeby. Free wifi was pretty fast. $15 bfast with made to order waffles and omelets . Great shopping!

The keys here never work. Super frustrating. In four nights I have gone through seven keys. Get a new key every night at the front desk. Save yourself the trip in the elevator .

Hotel is nice. Staff is friendly & accommodating. Self park is literally 2 steps away, so more affordable then valet. Wifi may be free, but it's useless.

Phenomenal staff . Great location. Fun decor . That said, as of March 2013, in serious need of some general TLC (i.e., thread-worn chairs, burnt-out lightbulbs, and "what is that!" stains).

Great hotel for business conferences . Nice accommodations, neat variety of snacks and drinks, and the staff are very attentive.

The place is amazing, Michelle at the bar I remember from a prior hotel , get her mojito , it's awesome.

Park across the street. Rooms x06 and x20 are good. Free bfast for Plats. Free wifi but it's sloooowww. No concierge lounge . Overall nice hotel .

Pet friendly hotel , but there's a $75 PER DOG nonrefundable fee. Along with parking , our fees + taxes cost more than our room rate. BEWARE! 

The inner rooms suck! Make sure to get an outer room. Room fixtures and media 'connectivity' can be spotty. good from desk staff .

Park in the nordstrom garage across the street and save the valet fee . (at your own risk of being towed - stayed here 3 nights with no issue.)

The price was right. The rooms were nice. Parking was 18 dollars

If you order room service over $15 you get a free movie rental. There may or may not be a note about this in your room so call front desk to make sure. Room service guy told me after I ordered.

Used Priceline and got the room for $50 bucks!

The fitness center leaves something to be desired. Otherwise a pretty nice and modern hotel .

$3 for self park ; valet horror stories are b.s.

They now have self-parking, so you can avoid the valet fee if that's not your thing.

Could not connect to the Wifi at all. Had to call Internet assistance and was on hold forever. The room phone also did not work at all.

I checked in a room that was problematic. After making several repairs . Mr. Washington took care of it by upgrading and moving me to a different room. Everyone is courteous, helpful and friendly .

The service leaves a lot to be desired - SLOW!

Avoid room 329 near elevator you can hear the elevator running constantly. Room has a soggy carpet due to a leak in the bathroom .
