Overstaffed on a Saturday afternoon. Standing in front of the lawn mowers, three different people approached and gave the same spiel about each model, but none knew more than that. Hardware zombies.
Super friendly staff without it seeming forced or fake. Incredibly helpful for someone who hasn't a clue (like me!)

worst contractor sales desk, no one seems to know how to process an order through an account quickly takes atleast 30 mins for a small sale.
