Great location! Comfortable and clean rooms . They have an executive lounge in which they serve continental breakfast and evening hors d’oeuvres. The views to the lake from the rooms are amazing!
The staff do friendly and helpful especially the doorman . I love there going green option if you skip room service the hotel provides 5 voucher for each day and room is cleaned on the third day.
this hotel is only 20 minutes from downtown Chicago. check out the Pullman room that starts at $80 a night. Read more: http://www.cheapism.com/p/cheap-chicago-hotels.mhtml#ixzz2kQPqR4ED
Simply an awesome central location! Staff a great! Especially the security dept. Professional and efficient when I lost my phone at the hotel .
Location's FAB~Staff's wonderful~Bed's are comfy ..But between the paper-thin walls & 2" gaps under the doors, sleep is next to IMPOSSIBLE since you can hear COMPLETE conversations & EVERYTHING else!!
Nice hotel .. Great location.. LOVE Grill on the Alley which is connected to hotel ...BUT!!!! Do Not Agree about comfortable beds .. Complete lie.. If you like sleeping on the floor this is the place.!
Love this hotel ! The location is fabulous, right in Michigan Avenue. Lots if shopping options around and the Cheesecake Factory across the road ! ????????
Hard to beat the locations and overall quality of the rooms for the prices. Great service at the front desk as well
Great location across the street from the John Hancock tower and amazing shopping, however rooms felt a little dated compared to Westins in other major markets . Old dark furniture needs to be refreshe
Nice hotel but gets quite crowded when there’s a big event in town . We requested early check-in ahead of time but did not receive it.
My favorite Michigan Ave hotel . Heavenly beds are a nice reward after a long day running around the Windy City .
Hotel has been refreshed. Not too many lifts are available and thus waiting time and full lifts are pretty common. Otherwise rooms are clean , bed is extremely comfy
Great location. Parking is $60 per night- yikes! They put us in a room next to construction but the manager was very kind about it afterwards.
Friendly staff . Comfortable rooms . Can't beat the location. Close to everything!
Spacious rooms and perfect location on Michigan Avenue. Busy lobby.
Only onsite parking option is valet service at $59 a day +taxes and tips.... Garage a block away is $40 a day, which is a little easier to swallow!
The bar downstairs has excellent craft cocktails .
The 4th floor has a new Spa ! Really loved the service and staff was super-friendly. Would definately recommend!
Don't stay on the 15th floor. There's a wedding reception on the 16th floor and the base is keeping up our family. Apparently they can go til midnight. I'll never stay here again
Claudio at the front desk is awesome. Got us moved from a room neighboring an obnoxiously loud family lickety split into a private corner room . Thanks, C!
Had a great time. Great location. Very friendly . No issues at all. Would def stay here again.
Amazing location
Nice hotel , good location only i didn't like the breakfast
Highly recommended ... simplicity, just enough.
Make sure you tell the front desk not to leave your check out receipt wrapped around your door handle so everyone in the hallway can see who is in the room. Serious security concern.
Love this hotel , so central and convenient!
Can't argue with the location for tourists , but I wish they didn't spray so much air freshener or scent in the lobby?
I love the aroma of this place at the front desk area.
Excellent service and staff ! One.of the best hotels I have stayed at to date.
Everything
I recommend trying other hotels ...this one is more show than Go. Lots of mistakes, shredded internet cord, amenities were not working (i.e. safe & iron)....
Nice staff . Rooms really need a renovation, but apparently that's in the works.
Don't normally leave negative tips but if it wasn't for the fact I prepaid, I would change to the Sofitel. The rooms are well overdue for refurbishment.
We stayed 6 days and they didn't sweep por vacuum the room
Running shores for $5 is worth it and be sure to ask for "make a green choice"...worth the SPG points, even though there are better hotels out there
RADHA IS AWESOME AND VERY GENEROUS
Head man of on-duty parking (not staff nor manager Peter) is horribly rude, very arrogant and disruptive when you speak. I spin at Westin annually at Christmas and have the same problem every year.
Not bad at all... Nice place nice area
Good location. Opposite best buy. Apple store just 2 blocks away.
Rooms r old, housekeeping staff r beyond noisy , front desk r passive aggressive. .. the only thing this hotel has going for it is the location. .
Love this Westin. We stay here every time we are in downtown Chicago.
1505 is a sweet suite. Great views of mag mile.
Not impressed. They make you drive around the corner from the entrance to drop off your car. Are we suppose to lug our stuff back to the entrance? Not worth the valet rate. Outdated. I'm a SPG member.
See Lisa at the Spa - heavenly!
Nice a street
Best place to stay in Chicago!!
A very Noisy hotel can't sleep in the afternoon. Dog barking, noisy housekeeping doors banging
Beds from Heaven!
Amazing location!!!!
Nice room, bigger than most. But view ? None. Check in staff ? Not helpful, but then it was late,
