Really enjoyed staying here for a few days. Room was perfect for working and was insanely clean . Location was great and the restaurant was second to none. Highly recommend.

Hotel is connected to the mall at 900 Michigan (Bloomingdales, etc) via the elevator bank to the ground floor. No need to go outside in the wind!

Easily the best hotel I have stayed in in Chicago, maybe in any US city . Great service, good views nice gym and pool.

Make sure you ask for a room with a river view on a high up floor! We were on the 40th and it was beautiful!

Free wifi for all staying guests, but with limited bandwidth. Works well for mobile devices, but it is easy to miss the pre-selected Premium offering and be charged $11.

Manhatan is the way to go!

If you're wondering what the earplugs by the bed are for; they are for windy days when the while building creaks.

make sure to check out the bar - it's quiet and comfortable - better than your average hotel bar , but still pricey .
