This is now my #1 fave Izakaya place in the city ! Wonderful service, extremely helpful and dedicated staff , AMAZING food, great prices, gorgeous patio , unique decor ...Definitely going back, and often!
I’m a sucker for anything grilled on bincho-tan (charcoal) but the premium beef tongue is something I rarely see outside of Japan.
Friendly staff and delicious food . The little skewers were great pairing for alcohol . I really liked that. The place was just a little bit too noisy for me.
A good alternative to Guu. Unfortunately this location doesn't have the same great ambience as the Vancouver Denman location, but if you enjoy a meal at an Izakaya , you don't want to miss this place.
I've always wanted to try yakitori and here I wasn't disappointed. Everything grilled hibachi-style to perfection. Fun atmosphere
Get the premium set and you're good to go. Oh, and a couple beers .
Really cheap beer ! And great atmosphere! Food is delicious and I'll definitely be coming back for some Izakaya soon
In my opinion this is one of the best Japanese restaurants in Toronto, everything you try is just delicious! Read more
Really cozy place with a cute patio in the summer. Try the teriyaki salmon ! That's what teriyaki is supposed to taste like!
$9.99 Pitcher of Sapporo thru August (Sun-Thu). Wagyu Beef Tsukune (meatball ), Uzura Maki (Quail Eggs wrapped in pork ), Shishito are must haves.
Try everything! Their karaage was absolutely delicious and is a must!
Great place in Toronto to get Japanese yakitori and kushiyaki. Super friendly staff and delicious food .
The karage were huge pieces and very crispy . Most of the skewers that weren't accompanied by a sauce tasted like char and very similar. Stand outs were the chicken thigh w/ plum and crunchy pork .
Pretty good overall. BBQ unagi (eel ) is awesome. Kobe beef balls also great. Small portions.
Best place for having bbq style japanese food ! Wagyu rocks!
Love the lively (can be noisy ) ambiance here. Lots of skewers selection.
Wagyu beef skewer
Everything on the menu is delicious and skewered to perfection!
I like that one sushi they made me. Forgot what it was called as I'm a newbie to sushi .
????????????good
Delicious food. Try takowasabi if you can handle a kick of spiciness !
Legit yakitori run by japanese ppl
Wagyu ! Get the sweet shrimp heads deep fried!
Octopus calamari so delicious
Now licensed! And... They take reservations ! Umaii!
Salmon skewers
Great place and food.
Hidden gem ????
The manager is rude but other then that, the food is really good.
This place feels like Japan.
The scallop carpaccio is cooked!??!!!???? Huh????
Premium set!
yakitori !!
The sushi bar is pretty average.
Muy rica la comida, recomiendo el pincho de pato . Buena ambientación. Atención muy agradable.
Kimchi noodles r delicious!!
Best sesame ice cream in Toronto! Also try the beef tataki, koyoi salad, and grilled beef tongue on hot plate. - Charles Law
We waited 15m without a greeting in the lobby before our seating. Apart from that, I loved the place: great ambience and lovely chefs and wait staff. Highly recommend it - Prateek Rungta
One of my favorite venues. I always go to shows of my favorite bands here. It's a must-go! - Tabitha Bathory
Has absolutely everything. Decently priced, but definitely worth it. Top grocery store in my book - Mitchell Kessler
Lovely environment and staff. They make best fries! Try steak pie with wild mushrooms also. - Shilan
