Amazing collection of instruments of all kinds and places, often from hundreds of years ago. Listen to what they sound like with the free audio device included in the ticket price.

Very interesting museum ! Musical instruments from all world, you can listening all of them ... And very nice sax exposition !
Located in one of the most beautiful artdeco buildings, the Museum is a graveyard for instruments... they will never be heard again... a lot of cool things, but no app or way to listen to instruments
One of my favourite places in Brussels. Try to leave at least 2 hours for it in your schedule; you won't want to rush through! Kids love it as well .
The 10th floor is home to a cafe/restaurant with a superb sunny terrace and view on the city ! Come here for the view , not really the food.
Great muzeum and super interesting. Also worth going to the top of the building to have a look à t the natural panorama vue the building gives you!
A massive amount of musical instruments from all over the world and from various time periods. The exhibit lacks a certain follow as to the development of the instruments
An exciting Museum . I wish to live this experience of music lovers. Aldı remember to eat something inthe Restaurant .
Beautiful place! So many instruments I had never seen before! Great to listen to. Especially the floor where the pianos are, is worth it!
Only €2 for entrance + audio guide ! Go to the cafe at the top floor for incredible views of Brussels.
Amazing collection of instruments from around the world. So interesting and we even coincided with a school trip where they got to play some music
The building in itself is already a work of art . The exhibition is long but also quite interactive. Take your time.
This museum has one of the world's widest collections of musical instruments. To explore the country 's musical history, you'll be using infrared headphones for listening for lots of different sounds!
Don’t forget to take a audio guide — that will allow you not only to see, but to hear every musical instrument.
A huge collection of rare music instruments. Nice place. The visit mainly focuses on their sounds. Little fail : no attention given to modern instruments .
One of my favourite restaurants in Brussels. It is At the top floor of the museum . Amazing views of the city center. Good food, although it is crowded on weekends.
No music museum should be silent, yet this is the only instrument museum I know of that has recordings for most of the instruments readily accessible to visitors. Grab a pair of headphones and go!
A beautiful collection of musical instruments from all over the world. Did you know the "hajhouj" ? Now you do ! Don't miss the pub/restaurant on the roof of the Museum .
Quite expensive for what you get! Cool views , make sure to get the audio guide to hear the sound the instruments make.
Musical instruments from all over the world, and you can listen to most of them.
It's a nice place to visit if you really like the history of musical instruments but the price of the ticket seems expensive compared to the size of the collection.
make sure you get the audio guide ! you can listen to many of the instruments they display
You can listen to almost every instrument in its huge collection, beautiful building
Beautiful building, great and interesting tour through the history of music instruments and amazing view in the top floor restaurant !
Fascinating exhibits and the building itself is a work of art !
The brunch on Sunday is worth it, but make sure you get there early and have reservation . Around lunch time it's getting packed!
Went there many times for lunch and twice to visit. Beautiful place!
Excellent museum . Head sets work well to play a huge range of music .
You can listen all musical instruments even the antique ones with a bluetooth device.
A good collection of musical instruments inside a beautiful building.
Great brunch on sunday with a nice view over Brussels, in the restaurant on top of the building, for only 25 euros, all you can eat ! #mmm
Sunday brunch is pretty good quality & only €25, but their sun protection is a bit lame on the terrace & you could end up very uncomfortable in summer.
Best curated museum I have ever been to.
Stunning view from the restaurant on the top floor
Go to the rooftop restaurant for panoramic views of Brussels
Fascinating building and collection of musical instruments
Very nice place to visit: splendid building, great collection with cool audio. Just a bit hard to know which way the visit goes Read more
Free audio guide . As you might expect in this type of museum .
Very interesting museum ... Everyone should visit. Come with time.
Great roof terrace ! Great view !
Great Sax200 exhibition ! Congrats to MIM and it's people!
Great views but service sucks and we just got a comment from the waitress that all bread is hard when we asked if we could get fresher bread ... Bread is like 2 days old! And what a great answer!
Staff at the restaurant at the top are not friendly . Check out the view and leave
Second time I go to the rooftop restaurant and realise the view is not worth the UNBELIEVABLY bad service. Waited 25 min to order on half-full terrace . Nobody even notice that we left. AVOID!
Go to the top floor for a coffee and get a great panoramic view of the city (bit expensive at lunchtime!) Read more
wonderful audioguide system
