Outstanding service and old school quality. Pricy but worth it. Old rooms are nice, but tower rooms have great views . Treat yourself to a cabana. Spa is also nice. Best luau in Waikiki.

Wow, there r seriously a lot if complainers on 4Square. Boohoo, a $20/dy resort fee . What do you expect from a fancy old fashioned hotel ? This place is GORGEOUS, and you can feel the history. Love it!

Attended the Luau. The price is more expensive than others but I felt it was worth it. The buffet is delicious and well done. The show and view are the best you can get. Open bar with endless mai tais

The pink umbrella rental is nice. The best Mai Tai 's in Honolulu including the famous 1944 Mai Tai . The pool is nice, but small. Very nive historical hotel with a fabulous spa .

So on top of the expensive suite we are paying for and the to-be-expected resort fee , we also have to pay $50 per day for a lounge chair on the beach . Andplusalso there are none left today. Nice!

Such a great hotel . Get a tower room for a great view ! The Mai tai bar is a good place for a beach side cocktail .

The historic building has a better design and material quality than the Mailani tower. What the Mailani tower offers though is a secure entrance and breakfast area. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

If you have a late flight, ask for a key to the Lokelani suite. It's not 1st class , but there is a seating area with tv , a bathroom , & a shower . Towels, blow dryer, and toiletries are provided.

Very historic hotel on the ocean with great service. Access to Sheraton pool. Relatively dated but overall we loved it.

Great service, staff and amenities . The Luau is really good. Loved the entertainment. Food was great! Recommend this.

The private section of Waikiki is awesome. It's for hotel guests only so if you're trying to figure out a place to stay in Honolulu consider that. The Royal Hawaiian is the best in my opinion.

We had breakfast here. Great service, beach view , food very good and not much more expensive than other Waikiki breakfast spots .

Stop whining about resort fee . It's required by law in Hawaii. Fantastic hotel places you at the center of the action. You're on vacation. Enjoy!

A Luxury Collection Hotel , but its service and room quality aren't quite up to what you would expect of one. Make sure to pay attention as your bellmen mau destroy your nice luggage by mishandling..

This hotel is a 3 star at 5 star prices. u n the air conditioner... Every 3 minutes. U r in the middle of a "wind storm" it's like someone is blowing out the candles every 3 minutes.Bathroom Sucks.
