Amazing. Amazing. They do a great military discount , beautiful rooms, and the pool area is to die for. Waterfall pool , a pool-side bar and a parrot to hang out with!

I tried the tropicale they had a dinner buffet for the youtube convention with special prices not so was $20 for a choice of sliced sausage and peppers , meatballs , 2 kinds of pasta white and red sauce

Got rain-soaked walking from main building to the tower where my room was located. Also, grand staircase in main building requires all roll-a-board suitcases to use the elevator . Very inconvenient.

Great family vaca. spot. Close to everything plus slide/waterfall pool and splash area are super to relax while kids play. Food's overpriced, but what isn't in Orlando!!

Hotel is wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff . When hotel is quiet , concierge may let you book multiple park transfers so you can change your plans on the hop.

Beautiful pool with a waterfall and several good places to eat. Nice tiki and inside lounge with food.

If you like to mix business with pleasure, this hotel is for you. It's home to the “Most Romantic Restaurant”: The Venetian Room . It also features exceptional conference facilities.

Beautiful room...very nice! Breakfast 18.00....Pool gorgeous. Kudos to the staff ...they let us check into our room at 9:00am!! Gym awesome!!

The wifi is painfully slow at times and disconnects a lot. I only recommend getting the Internet if you can hook up a laptop via the Ethernet cable. That is fast and consistent.

Very helpful folks in the Business Center . If you have Pre labeled FedEx they will let you leave it there for the daily pick up at no charge.

Nice rooms. Nice pool. Prices seemed reasonable for being close to the parks . Big box tourist feel.

You have to see the resident Parrot by the pool and check out the back parking lot for other wildlife ...we saw a beautiful Gobbler Turkey .

The hotel is big, beautiful, but the service is lousy. With few professional and most with extreme unwillingness to serve guests.

Room service is fast, under 20 mins. Food is delish. Try the hummus . Very peaceful at night. Get a great rate from Priceline. Cost us half.

For restaurants off property, go W on World Center, right first light, go past I-4 and find a bunch to choose from. Johnnie's Hideaway was excellent steak/seafood

This place is so amazing they don't need to change their clocks due to pesky little things like Daylight Savings Time. The room service wait time exceeding an hour was an outstanding feature too!

4th time here and good as usual. The internet has been very spotty. That's not unexpected when you have 1200 online educators show up all at once.

Wow the room service food sucks. Gristle-full strip steak and my mac and cheese had a hair in it. The cupcake was basically inedible. Don't do it#

WiFi awful glad mine was free. $9 for a piece of fruit , tiny milk , water and a cookie not cool. So many people and kids galore. Pool is beautiful.

Nice hotel but the food is not great. Try Johnny's hideaway (2 miles away) for some good seafood .

Make sure you try the pool slide!! Awesome!

Checking out the fitness center - a vacation is not an excuse to avoid the gym !

Pictures on website and internet are deceiving. Staff was not friendly . HIDDEN "AMENITIES" FEES WILL APPEAR ON YOUR BILL. Do not recommend as there are so many other nice hotels in the area.

Get a room on the higher floors, preferably sixth floor or above in order to escape the commotion.

Nice rooms, friendly staff . However, the complimentary shuttle service is not at all reliable & the wireless internet service is very wonky.

Get a pool side view . The water fall is beautiful

The Venetian Room is Fabulous!

You have to check out the villas they are perfect for families.

Listening very carefully to the instructions you are given about how to get to your room. The lobby here makes no sense.

Get a room with an odd number to be on the pool side !

Find the second Jacuzzi on the other side of the cascade, it is much warmer.

Rude and slow staff . Expensive, bland food. Expensive wi-fi. Horrible shuttle service. Only upside are that the rooms are big (although heavily outdated). Worst hotel in my entire USA trip.

also was hard garlic bread no salad options they had another line set up with the same stuff zero was made in house was all pre made frozen processed foods i do not recommend it go elsewhere !
