Very nice hotel . All staff were very nice and hospitable . There for a training and thee fact that you literally can stay there the entire time and have ALL needs met. Love the indoor Starbucks.

Favorite hotel in the area. Rooms are spacious , free WiFi , great service, Starbucks in the lobby, free parking , pet friendly , fully equipped Fitness Room and Business Center . Florida Mall entrance.

Connected to the mall , close to most things! I would recommend renting a car if you're gonna be doing a lot of sightseeing/parks. Staff is really nice! Beds are super good.

Great location, excellent room, attached to the Florida Mall , very convenient for shopping, very close to Orlando Airport . The morning newspaper, wifi & 2 complimentary bottles of water in the room.

Well located but the hotel is nothing more than ok. With it being in the mall it's crazy busy.

What is the deal with taking all the parking spots you don't need all those that's unacceptable.

What is good here? Nothing!!! Staffs are so rude. Meals are terrible. Security is horrible. Just a big building that's it.

The 6th floor is newer than the 4th.

Hotel muito bom, sem café da manhã (o que não é problema, já que há um frigobar grande e vazio no quarto). Concierge com venda para as principais atrações de Orlando. Academia enorme e bem equipada.

Excelente hotel anexo ao florida mall. Quartos limpos, novos e em excelente localização. Estacionamento enorme.

Las habitaciones amplias. Buen aseo . El personal de recepción generalmente hay bilingüe. El mall con acceso desde el hotel . En condiciones generales bien bien.
