Family friendly , lots of things to do and activities, close to parks , restaurants and shopping. Big pool , facilities, property and excellent Wi-Fi. Easy to walk around and park ... Good service .

Clean hotel , lovely staff , the amenities are amazing. Kids friendly hotel . Their breakfast is very good. Huge swimming pool . There are also a lot of complementary activities like kayaking

Our favorite place to stay in Orlando. Family friendly , you barely need to leave the property - Bikes , canoes , activities, great pools, modern rooms , staff remembers me, awesome manager here.

Ask for your glass of complimentary champagne when you check in. Take your own booze to the pool. Plenty of restaurants nearby to eat at. Self parking is a breeze unless there is an event .

Beautiful resort , amazing place close to the Disney property. Make sure to check out the jogging trails near the lake . The views are rustic and tranquil. U can even just leisurely walk em too!

This pool, by itself, is a reason to stay at this hotel . The whole hyatt experience here is awesome. I highly recommend this hotel . Better than any of the disney hotels .

The shuttle service runs only twice a day at strange hours. The town cars will charge u $41 from hotel to Universal . Regular taxi cost $25. Make sure u specify. Resort hidden fee of $25/day !!

This is an epic resort ! The pool is super. Not impressed with Four Flamingo's restaurant , which I reviewed separately. My room was nicely sized and ready when I arrived.

Watch out for the mandatory $22.00 fee to use facilities. Like the pool and rock climb . Had to be paid. And the $11.00 self park or the $22.00 a day valet. For the extra add on you stay on site

Go you girl, I love the toe pictures. That is the extent of my "sexting" to Peter, its a toe, a tennis shoe , an ant on the ground ...you get the drill. Have lots of fun!!

Cheapest most convenient way to airport is by taxi . Hotel staff will try to steer you to the town cars waiting outside ($20 extra). Wonder why?

Had some confusion with the incidental charges that they charge to your credit OR debit card. After consulting the front desk about it, I was given complimentary breakfast for my whole party! Awesome!

Disneyland and SeaLand orlando is very close to the hotel . And it has a great big pool with many facilities.

Great hotel for the entire family. Best pool in Orlando. Try the pitch and putt golf or the 24ft high rock climbing wall. Take out a paddle boat , sail boat or canoe on the 21 acre Lake Winsong

Get a lakeside view room and floor 10 or up and you'll be able to see the Disney fireworks at night !

Very nice, easy to navigate, clean , with a great view . You know the food is expensive ! $9 for hummus/pita. Yikes!!

Service here is better than any Ritz-Carlton we've been to. Marianna in recreation was helpful beyond the call of duty! Room are newly renovated and super clean . Sailing was a blast! The only grip

The food & beverage staff at this hotel will treat you better than some of the people you've dated.

Still not a bad deal even with the resort and parking fees, had plenty to do to keep the kids busy. It was a pretty relaxing 3 day weekend.

This is the most friendly hotel staff that I have ever encountered. Wi-Fi is free if you enter your last name and room number.

Try the Herb Buttered Scallops With Shrimp Risotto - Had this at Hemingways at the Grand Cyprus. Absolutely the best scallop dish I've ever eaten. It was brilliant.

Make sure you leave room on your credit card. There's a $75 per night per person in the room hold for incidentals!

This place is pretty sweet. Can see Disney fireworks at night from floors 10+ with pool view !

Beautiful hotel and pool but the parking sucks. If you come home super late or there is an event at the hotel , be prepared for a headache.

Reserve a table at Hemingway's through the concierge desk and get complementary glass of wine there.

Take advantage of the free water sports and biking with your stay!

The penthouse suite has the most amazing view of Downtown Disney and all the fireworks !

I feel like p diddy. Ask for the bubbly when you check in!

Sign up at the towel hut to experience Robo Dolphin! It is a blast!

And parking on Disney property is free. Check all rates and add ons before booking .

Great resort for a whole family.

New pool chairs very nice wicker not cheap plastic ones like before. Pool is still cold even for July in Florida.

Shuttle bus included to/ from Disney. You can also buy your tickets here for a 3$ per ticket convenience charge .

Stay someplace, anyplace else. A great staff , but the hotel just sticks it to you over and over.

From the front desk to the restaurant , great staff here. Makes you want to return.

Staff is great, very attentive and cheerful, but free wifi is not, maybe there are too many people trying to access it...
