Greyfriars Bobby's Statue is a outdoor sculpture Old Town Edinburgh located in United Kingdom.
Candlemaker Row Edinburgh City of Edinburgh EH1 2QE United Kingdom
A marvellous little dog honoured with a marvellous little statue . Read in to the history of Greyfriar's Bobby and be surprised at how the truth *might* have been twisted....
Go early in the am on a weekend if you can. I like to stay out of the locals way during the week.
The statue is just in front of the Greyfriars Bobby bar but also make sure to bring/leave Bobby a stick at his memorial stone just within the cemeter.
Everybody loves a photo with Bobby & learning his heart wrenching story.
Very cute ???? but please don’t rub his nose. It doesn’t bring good luck, it just damages the statue !
Not actually located within the walls of the cemetery , but rather just outside it. (We wandered a bit looking inside before we realised!)
Best to go when there is not to many people.don't rub bobby's nose.just take a picture instead.
fab area, also worth walking about Greyfrairs Churchyard spooky place
Put your hand on it!
Pretty statue but as for the story.... It's said to be just that - just a story.
Tiny little statue of some dog who apparently is famous
Don't touch the nose. This recent fad is damaging the statue and disfiguring the poor wee guy . Anyway you never touch a real dogs nose like that so why him?!?!
Second visit lovely old feel to area
Lovely story of wee bobby pass him every day
Poor light coloured nose dog... With all the people who pass bay that touch you!
A must see
One of those "is that it?" moments.
Rub his nose for good luck!
Wee Dug wi’ shiny nose.
Please don't rub his nose. ????
Was much smaller than I thought...
Bu hikayeyi sahiplenmeleri ve bu zamana kadar getirmeleri İskoçların başarısı.
